Master Food Preserver Training 2014

This course will give you a comprehensive education in all forms of food preservation, using the most up-to-date safety information.  Learn to can, smoke, dehydrate, pickle, ferment, and freeze local fruits, vegetables, fish and meat so you can eat local all year long.
